Refund policy

 

We really hope you're happy with your order. However if you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a refund to the card used in the original sales transaction.

Earrings are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return.  If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at 'chat with us' inbox  or at hello@marthaparker.com.

Once return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We do not cover return postage charges & we are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.

Damages and issues

All items are inspected before packaged, but if you do receive an item that is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
